吉安鄉進入慈雲山懷恩園區的大門牌樓因0403強震嚴重受損，修復工程經費籌募獲得仁里萬善廟、慈惠堂、勝安宮、福境宮、保勝宮、聖能宮及聖帝宮，鄉內七間宮廟共同支持工程修復總經費38萬2000元捐助，鄉長游淑貞陪同各宮廟主委與幹部於9月26日正式啟動開工，祈求工程順利！也特別提醒鄉親，修復期間若需前往慈雲山，務必留意施工地點往返現況，以確保安全防護周全。
游淑貞表示，慈雲山懷恩園區承載北區六鄉鎮市生命禮儀圓滿之地，也是祭祀祖先和追思逝者的神聖場所。當0403強震發生後，大門牌樓的毀損引發了許多鄉親的關切，然而…鄉公所因應突如其來的天災、又未得經費可補助執行，特別感謝宮廟主委及信眾們獲知吉安鄉需求建設後，挹注建設修復金助慈雲山懷恩牌樓重整。
動工典禮當天，由鄉長游淑貞親自主持開香，鄉代會主席邱美雲、代表姜景文、勝安宮謝文笙委員、慈惠總堂陳湄女主委、仁里萬善廟楊清基主委、花蓮福境宮劉文賢副主委、聖能宮邱坤誠主委、保勝宮姜禮國主委、聖帝宮范蒼鎰主委，以及在地福興村黃駿緯村長、吉安村田秀鳳村長等，多位地方幹部與貴賓共同參與圓滿開工。
此次修復工程順利啟動，是集七間宮廟攜力合作捐款完成，宮廟主委們一致有感吉安鄉公所團隊的行動力和游鄉長視民如親的施政能量，不僅是對地方建設復原的支持，更體現「花蓮是一個充滿愛與關懷的地方！面臨任何考驗…我們總能攜手並肩，共度窘境克服萬難。」感謝每一位看見家鄉需求並伸出援手的朋友，這份善意偕力建設的行動量能，將成為繁榮地方進步的穩固基石。
