重視地方基礎建設，花蓮縣長徐榛蔚今(2/6)日在縣府建設處長鄧子榆、民政處長明良臻、縣議員詹金富、立委傅崐萁服務處主任鍾怡茹、主任潘俊霖、富里鄉長江東成、代表會副主席何貴香及各村里長等人陪同下，會勘富里鄉村里長提案修繕工程，涵蓋道路改善、排水系統升級以及公共設施修繕，會勘中提出相關修繕建議，並責成有關單位儘快協助辦理施作，全力為鄉親創造更加優質的生活環境。
徐縣長上午視察富里鄉吳江村、東里村、萬寧村、竹田村、羅山村，針對部分道路須重新舖設路面、農路路面改善等問題提出相關修繕建議，期盼盡快辦理施作。下午則接續視察富里鄉石牌村、富里村、永豐村、豐南村、富南村、學田村、明里村，針對部分道路路面龜裂破損不平、排水溝低窪阻塞、排水系統水門老舊須重新改善、擋土牆損壞、農路路基塌陷需重建等多項工程提案，徐縣長隨即指示相關局處會同公所配合辦理改善，會勘中多位村里長及農友感謝徐縣長帶領縣府團隊關心在地鄉親與農友的權益。
徐縣長表示，去年震災及風災對花蓮地區造成很大的災損，藉由實地會勘，瞭解地方鄉親的意見與需求，此次會勘共檢視31項提案，縣府團隊近年不斷投注人力及資源在道路、橋樑建設及改善排水系統，除了提升施工品質外，也持續完善基礎建設，政策的落實有賴於各鄉鎮市首長、代表及基層各村里鄰長與縣府協力合作，感謝大家與縣府團隊攜手同心為鄉親創造最大福祉，為地方繁榮發展造福，讓花蓮成為幸福城市。
花蓮縣政府每年舉辦各鄉鎮市基層村里長座談會，針對各項基礎建設，由各村里長將鄉親的意見整合後向縣府提案，徐縣長率相關業務單位團隊實地現勘，期望施政政策能更貼近鄉親的需求，並得到實質的解方，冀盼新的一年攜手鄉親，讓花蓮的建設持續大步向前。
